Consultations are unlike standard doctor appointments. Initial sessions typically last 60–90 minutes and consider lifestyle, diet, emotional wellbeing, and medical history.
Often your herbalist will need to reflect on your case and complete further research and consideration to ensure you get a prescription to treat the root cause of your issues. Follow-up consultations focus on progress and adjustments, allowing for ongoing
support, including acute issues.

Full initial consultation:
An in-depth assessment of your health issues and past medical history (including working on your case after the consultation)

For ongoing health issues to monitor and review but also for new acute health issues.
